Each station has a job. Each minute is accounted for. Together, they're more than the sum of their parts — that's the circuit.
Stage 02 · Breathe
Breathe for deep relaxation.
Eight minutes inside the infrared light & ionised oxygen chamber. You'll feel your stress melt away and find yourself in a state of deep relaxation. This sets your body and mind up perfectly for what's to come.
Stage 03 · Squeeze
Squeeze for efficient lymphatic drainage.
The flow system: with 25 different programmes, you will experience a personalised, fast and incredibly effective lymphatic massage. During this stage, you're strengthening your connective tissue, getting rid of toxins and water weight, as well as boosting circulation and your body's natural detoxification process.

Freeze to energise.
Three minutes in the cryo chamber. The cold triggers a huge release of endorphins — instant energy and a real mood boost. Plus a strengthened immune system, pain relief, and reduced inflammation.

01 What is Vidavii? What services do you offer?
Vidavii is a cutting-edge, technology-based wellbeing circuit that's energy boosting, safe, proven and has an exponential effect on your health, recovery, immunity and performance. And it takes just 30 minutes each time you visit. Testing and tracking is built in via our companion app, including your 3D avatar — so you can track all the progress you're making.

03 What are your opening hours?
Mon & Fri: 8 — 17. Tue, Wed & Thu: 8 — 20. Saturday: 10 — 17. Sunday by appointment.
04 What should I bring?
The Vidavii Circuit can be done in your underwear. You can bring shorts or a sports bra for your own comfort. We provide robes, hats and gloves for Freeze, and anything else you might need for your circuit.
05 Should I exercise before or after my Vidavii session?
We recommend you work out after the circuit. Your body will be prepped, especially since the cryo chamber gives you an extra boost of energy. Trust us, after your circuit you'll feel full of it.
06 What training does your staff have?
Our staff are fully trained on all our treatments and equipment, with direct training from the RemediCool app on the use of the RemediCool System.
07 Who shouldn't do the circuit?
Some health conditions mean cryo, infrared or lymphatic compression aren't appropriate. Please consult your healthcare provider before booking if you have any of the following:
- Severe claustrophobia (cold-chamber)
- Raynaud's syndrome / cold sensitivity
- Heart conditions, including disease or severe heart problems
- Untreated or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Acute infections or fever
- Neurological conditions (e.g. multiple sclerosis)
- Pregnancy
- Stent implants (wait 2 years post-implantation, consult doctor)
- Acute thrombophlebitis
- Acute or severe kidney disease
- Tumour diseases (especially affecting lymph nodes)
- Thromboembolism / blood clots
Breathe — Infrared specifics: Not recommended for acute inflammatory conditions, joint inflammation attacks, febrile infections, shortness of breath, hypotension, or heart failure.
08 Weight and age restrictions?
Weight: flow system max 120kg · 3D scan max 170kg · MCS & cryo chamber base plate max 200kg.
Age: Minimum 15 years. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or have parental consent.
