Sit. Headphones on.
The chamber is warm (38–42°C), humid, and dimly lit by infrared. Take off your shoes, sit comfortably, breathe through your nose. Music playing if you want it.

Stress out. Oxygen in.
Breathe is the easiest station to underrate, and the easiest one to underestimate. You sit in a multi-cryo chamber — heated, humidified, lit with far-infrared light — and breathe ionised oxygen for eight to twelve minutes. That's it.
What that does to your nervous system is significant.
Far-infrared light penetrates skin to about 4cm, where it stimulates mitochondrial activity in soft tissue. Ionised oxygen lifts arterial saturation a notch. The chamber's aromatherapy adds a sensory layer — eucalyptus, lavender, or pine, depending on the day. Your parasympathetic nervous system responds in minutes.
A measured reset, in three layers.
Infrared light, oxygenation, and aromatherapy — running together to drop your sympathetic state and warm the body for what comes next.

Far-infrared waves penetrate to about 4cm — deep enough to warm soft tissue and stimulate mitochondrial activity. You'll start to sweat lightly within five minutes.
Throughout, the chamber pumps ionised oxygen at a slightly elevated concentration. Arterial saturation lifts a notch; perceived stress drops noticeably. You'll be ready for Squeeze.
The most under-rated station.
Breathe doesn't feel like much while you're in it. The downstream effects on circulation, sleep, and stress recovery are why it's station two.
A measurable shift toward parasympathetic dominance — felt as calm, lower heart rate, and a sense of being "settled." The fastest way to access this state without sleep.
Far-infrared light is well-documented to support cellular energy production. The downstream effects are slower but compound — better sleep, more energy, faster recovery.
Breathe warms tissue and lifts oxygenation, which makes Squeeze and Freeze more effective. Doing the circuit in order isn't arbitrary — Breathe is a primer.

The ones we get most often. If yours isn't here, ping us — we'll come back the same day.
A light sweat by the end — not the towel-drenching kind. The chamber's humidity is moderated, so it's warming rather than draining.
The chamber is roomy, well-lit, and you can step out at any time. Most people with mild claustrophobia are comfortable. If it's severe, talk to us first.
Three things: far-infrared (not convection heat), elevated ionised oxygen (not just hot air), and a controlled, monitored environment. Effect is similar in spirit but more targeted.
Heat lowers blood pressure further, so be cautious if you're hypotensive. Sit, hydrate, and let us know — we may shorten the session.

"Vidavii is the first place in London where wellness actually feels engineered. Thirty minutes, multiple stations, and the dashboard at the end made the difference real."
"The cryo chamber alone was a revelation. The full circuit changes how the rest of your week feels. The team treat your bloodwork like a coach treats a training plan."
"Best decision I've made for my body and brain. Twice a week, the same loop, and three months later my GlycanAge had dropped meaningfully. Numbers don't lie."
