Welcome to Vidavii. By booking or participating in the Vidavii Circuit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in the Vidavii Circuit, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Vidavii Circuit is a holistic wellbeing experience and is not a medical treatment or a substitute for professional healthcare. 
  • The therapies offered—Infrared and Light Therapy, Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (vacuum therapy), Ionized Oxygen, and Aromatherapy—are designed to enhance relaxation, circulation, and overall vitality but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • You take full responsibility for ensuring you are medically fit to participate and will consult a licensed healthcare professional if needed.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

Before using the Vidavii Circuit, all clients must:

  • Complete and sign a medical form, providing honest and accurate information regarding any existing health conditions.
  • Confirm they do not have any contraindications that could put them at risk while undergoing the therapies.
  • Acknowledge that Vidavii and its team are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

3. CONTRAINDICATIONS AND HEALTH RESTRICTIONS

Vidavii Circuit therapies may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions: 

  • Pregnancy (unless explicitly cleared by a physician)
  • Severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, recent heart attack, pacemaker dependency)
  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Active cancer or undergoing chemotherapy/radiation
  • Severe respiratory conditions (e.g., COPD, uncontrolled asthma)
  • Open wounds, skin infections, or recent major surgery (without medical clearance)
  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or clotting disorders
  • Autoimmune conditions affecting circulation or healing
  • Cryoglobulinemia, Raynaud's disease, or extreme cold sensitivity
  • Severe anemia
  • Claustrophobia or high sensitivity to temperature changes
  • Use of medications that impair heat tolerance or blood circulation
  • Any other serious medical condition that may be aggravated by the therapies Clients with any of these conditions must obtain written medical clearance before booking sessions.

4. SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND SESSION EXPECTATIONS

To optimize safety and effectiveness, clients must:

  • Remove all jewelry, lotions, or substances that may interfere with therapies.
  • Ensure skin is dry before starting any therapy.
  • Wear appropriate protective clothing as advised by Vidavii staff.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Vidavii professionals.
  • Refrain from participating if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • The minimum age to participate in the Vidavii Circuit is 16 years.
  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during sessions.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK 

By booking and attending a session, you:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in Vidavii Circuit therapies. 
  • Release Vidavii, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, discomfort, or adverse reactions that may occur.
  • Understand that Vidavii does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and that participation is at your own discretion.
  • Acknowledge that Vidavii is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions, contraindications, or injuries aggravated by the therapies.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Vidavii reserves the right to refuse service to clients who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Your personal and medical data will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for service provision and safety.
  • Vidavii complies with applicable data protection laws to safeguard your privacy.

9. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vidavii reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on www.vidavii.com, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.
